Garden Fresh Bruschetta

Too many tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and basil??? No prob!

1. Slice some crusty sourdough, spread butter and garlic salt.
2. Broil bread on high until the edges begin to brown (about 2-3 mins)
3. Layer thinly sliced cucumber, onion, and tomato on bread slices.
4. Sprinkle balsamic vinegar over veggies and bread
5. Sprinkle mozzarella over everything
6. Broil on high for 4 mins or until cheese is slightly browned.
